Refund Policy

If Pro doesn't work for you, email tvara.exten@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions, no hoops. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method by our payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days.

The refund is unconditional inside those 14 days: there is no form, no survey and no question about why. Write from the address you bought with and it is done.

A refund ends the Pro licence — Total Recall, Context Bridge, continuing a chat and encrypted backups stop. Your archived conversations are not touched. They stay on your device and stay exportable, because exporting your own archive has never required a licence.

Past 14 days, write anyway. If Pro is broken for you and we cannot fix it, we would rather refund you than keep a dollar you are unhappy about.
