A long chat extension for Gemini

Tvara is a Chrome extension for long Gemini conversations. It keeps a long chat responsive, lets you jump to any message, shows the usage Gemini reports for your plan, and keeps your Gemini history on your own computer — from every Google account you are signed in to.

What Tvara adds to Gemini

• Speed engine. Messages outside the screen are put to sleep and wake as you scroll back to them. Nothing is deleted.
• Minimap. One mark per message on the right edge, yours and Gemini's in different shades. Hover for a preview, click to jump.
• Usage. The five-hour and weekly figures Gemini publishes on its own usage page, with the time each resets, and your plan tier.
• Outline, in-chat search and one-click conversation export. Part of Pro on Gemini, and included in the seven-day free trial.

Every Google account, not only the first

Many people are signed in to Gemini with more than one Google account — a personal one and a work one. Tvara finds each signed-in account and archives the chats from all of them, so a conversation held by your second account is not silently left out.

Your Gemini history, kept on your computer

Tvara copies your Gemini conversations into a local archive in the background. When Gemini shows its thinking, that working is kept out of the saved text, so the archive holds the answer you actually got. Exporting the archive is free. Searching every archived chat at once, encrypted backups and Context Bridge are part of Pro: $1 once, on up to five devices.

Private by design

No chat text, title or prompt is sent to Tvara. The only server is the licence issuer, and it never sees a conversation.
