Tvara

Terms of Service

Effective: 26 August 2026

  • Tvara is a browser extension that improves performance and navigation of third-party AI chat websites. It is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, DeepSeek or xAI. All product names belong to their owners.
  • The Free tier may be used without payment. A Pro licence is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features on supported platforms for personal use, with no recurring fees.
  • The free trial runs for 7 days, needs no payment details, and is one per account. Starting it requires signing in with Google and registers your device with our licence issuer, so that reinstalling does not issue a second trial.
  • Signing in with Google is required to start the free trial or to buy Pro, and is not required for the free features. It exists so your trial and your purchase follow you across a reinstall or a different browser instead of being stuck to one device slot; see the privacy policy for exactly what that stores. Because Firefox cannot complete Google sign-in, the trial and Pro are not available there.
  • Pro works on up to 5 devices at once. Removing a device from the popup frees its slot immediately. It does not switch that device off: if the browser is still installed and still holds the key, it keeps Pro and claims a slot again at its next licence check, unless all five are taken by then. To stop a machine you no longer control, ask us to clear the licence rather than removing its slot.
  • Your licence key is yours; please don't redistribute it. We may revoke keys that are publicly shared or resold. We do not automatically revoke on suspicion — a person reviews it first.
  • If your licence ends for any reason — refund, chargeback, or revocation — Pro features stop, but your archived conversations stay on your device and remain exportable. We will not withhold your own data.
  • Tvara reads your conversation history from AI services using your own signed-in session, on your instruction. Those services set their own terms for how their products may be accessed, and your use of them remains subject to those terms. If a provider changes its service so that a feature cannot work, we will say so rather than quietly degrade.
  • The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Third-party sites change frequently; features degrade gracefully but may temporarily break until we ship a fix.
  • Tvara is sold through a payment provider acting as merchant of record. Your contract for the payment is with them: they appear on your statement, collect any applicable tax, and handle chargebacks. Support for the software is ours.
  • The extension is distributed as readable, unobfuscated source, because software that reads private conversations should be inspectable by the people who install it. What you may do with that source is set by the LICENSE file in the repository the copy came from, and by nothing said on this page. Trade marks and the Tvara name are not covered by it.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
